      – Small Group Tours: Fixed-date, women-only group journeys with thoughtfully crafted itineraries, boutique stays, and immersive activities.

  • We begin with a call or email to understand your travel style. You can come to us with a destination in mind, or we can suggest one based on your preferences. From there, your dedicated Travel Specialist designs a personalized journey just for you and prepares a clear, fixed-price proposal.

    Once you’re happy with every detail, we’ll finalize the arrangements and you can look forward to your trip.

  • Yes. For Curated Journeys, we book flights for you and include the airfare in your overall trip cost. When you receive your bill, the flight costs are already built into the total, so you have one seamless price for your entire journey.

    For Small Group Tours, we can book the recommended group flight for you, and the airfare is likewise additional and charged at the published rate. Since our transfers are arranged around this flight, we strongly recommend it. If you prefer to book a different flight, you’ll need to book it yourself and arrange your own transfers to and from the airport.

  • Of course. Many of our travelers choose to journey solo. If you’d like to travel independently, our Curated Journeys are ideal—they’re fully personalized private trips designed around your preferences, giving you the freedom of solo travel with the reassurance that every detail has been thoughtfully arranged for you.

    If you’d enjoy companionship, our Small Group Tours connect you with like-minded travelers. Solo guests can either share a room with another traveler or choose a private room for an additional supplement—making it easy to feel comfortable and included from day one.

  • Yes. For Curated Journeys, we’re on hand throughout your journey to support with any changes, questions, adjustments, or last-minute needs. Think of us as your travel concierge, wherever you are.

    For Small Group Tours, we are also available for assistance, but the itineraries are fixed and cannot be changed once it’s booked.

  • Earlier is always better—especially for high-demand seasons or destinations. That said, we’ve created exceptional trips in under a week for Curated Journeys. Reach out and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

  • For Curated Journeys, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, such as adjusting plans or adding experiences, subject to availability.

    For Small Group Tours, no changes are possible once the tour’s booked, as the itinerary and logistics are pre-arranged for the whole group.

FAQs – Small Group Tours

  • Our small group tours are crafted for women who want enriching, stress-free international journeys with like-minded travelers, where every detail is taken care of.

  • Simply email us or call the number on our website. Then secure your spot, with a booking deposit of ₹20,000 per person. This ensures your place on the trip while we finalize arrangements.

    • 90 days before departure – 40–50% of the tour cost (depending on destination).

    • 45 days before departure – the remaining balance.

    If you’re booking less than 90 days before the trip, we’ll share the payment schedule with you based on how close to departure the booking is.

  • Yes, always. Either one of our team or a trusted local host will accompany you from arrival at the destination airport until departure.

  • Your local host will meet you at the airport, manage transfers, activities, and sometimes meals, and ensure a smooth journey until your return.

  • We’ll meet you at the destination airport and travel with you, coordinating everything with our trusted local partners behind the scenes.


  • Yes. A single supplement applies if you’d prefer your own room—just reach out to us for the details, and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • We can book the recommended group flight for you, and the airfare is additional and charged at the published rate. Since our transfers are arranged around this flight, we strongly recommend it. If you prefer to book a different flight, you’ll need to book it yourself and arrange your own transfers to and from the airport.

  • Accommodation, transfers, activities, meals (where noted), and your escort. International flights are not included.

  • Groups are capped at 10 travelers to keep the experience personal and connected.

  • The cost is based on 10 participants. If fewer join, the per-person cost may increase; we’ll inform you well in advance.

  • We understand that plans can change, so we’ve kept our policy as fair and flexible as possible:

    • More than 45 days before departure – Full refund, minus a ₹5,000 admin fee per person. This can be adjusted against a future trip if you’d prefer that.

    • 44–30 days before departure – 25% of the tour cost will be retained.

    • 29–15 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost will be retained.

    • 14 days or fewer before departure – No refund possible.

  • Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeline above. If you’ve paid more than the required percentage, we’ll refund the eligible balance to your original payment method.

  • Yes, in most cases, you can transfer your booking to another traveler up to 45 days before departure, subject to supplier approvals and name change policies. Additional charges may also apply based on supplier policies.

  • If you’re eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred directly to your bank account. Refunds may take up to 30 working days after we receive your bank details. Please note that charges like payment gateway fees and bank processing costs are non-refundable.

  • In the rare event that we have to cancel a trip, you’ll receive a complete refund of the amount paid or you can transfer your payment to another upcoming trip at no extra cost.

  • If we need to reschedule a trip because of events beyond our control (like natural calamities, civil unrest, or similar situations), this is not treated as a cancellation. You’ll have the option to:

    • Move to the new trip dates at no cost, or

    • Request a refund of what we’re able to recover from our partners.
